Whether as a long-term strategic partner or as a process lead for targeted business initiatives, my ambition is always to provide a structured approach that ignites creativity while ensuring progress.
As a results oriented people person with a background in business development and corporate innovation, I take on, and sometimes combine, different roles when helping my clients:

- Strategic Advisor | Svenska Djurfonden (2023-2024)
Guided early scoping and establishment of new animal rights foundation. Continuous support to the newly established foundation and its' Board with strategic planning and operational development. - Vision development & process lead focusing on the Nordic electricity market (2018-2024)
Advisor and process lead supporting the development and hosting of an annual forum for collaboration among stakeholders of the Nordic electricity market. - Business development in traditional industry context (2024)
Strategic advisor to leadership team of operational technology consultant firm (Australia and Canada). Guided development of vision, mission and service offerings. - Innovation & business development | Ramboll Sweden (2017-2022)
Responsibilities included early-stage concept and business case development for a joint venture, design and execution of innovation training programs, as well as contributing to building a business case for a new services focused on resilience. - Accelerating global collaboration | WSP Sweden, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and UAE and India (2015-2017)
- Process lead for multidisciplinary team accelerating collaboration between Swedish and Indian offices delivering engineering projects.
- Designed and led staff exchange program focusing on geotechnics and rock mechanics.
