A format for leveraging global skills
WSP, a global professional services firm, set out to leverage their best-in class skills between their global regions. Focusing on selected business areas, three regions wanted to enable knowledge transfer and exchange of best practices across three continents.
We helped them by designing and leading a new, global staff-exchange program in which a selected group of employees visited and worked with colleagues and experts in other offices. The program involved offices in Europe, Asia and Oceania. We helped to lead the process throughout different phases of the exchange, facilitated joint sessions and worked with the global team using digital collaboration methods as well as networking theory.

Showcasing true global collaboration
The program showcased the possibilities and opportunities with approaching global collaboration with a new approach. Not only did it become a lasting platform for global competence sharing, it also enabled identification and realization of business opportunities. The individual participants developed their technical capabilities as well as their collaboration skills and expanded their networks.
