  • Strategic Transformation Partner | Ramboll Sweden (2022-2024)
    Close collaboration with the executive team of Ramboll Sweden to develop selected forums into strategic platforms. Included analysis and design of leadership forums and meeting series, company wide conferences (≈1500 participants) as well as onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Transformation Concepts & Forums | H&M Group(2021)
    In close collaboration with HR Transformation Team, developed and launched targeted communication concepts and forums.
  • Strategic Transformation Partner | Nitro Consult (2021)
    In order to strengthen Nitro Consult’s position, a one-year development process was initiated using an inclusive and agile approach, the process resulted in a major increase in employee satisfaction and a significant profitability increase.
  • Strategic partner | Life Group (2020)
    Worked closely with Nordic executive team to design and establish communication and meeting forums in alignment with vision, mission and strategic direction.
  • Training & Development Manager | Menigo Foodservices (2014-2017)
    Design and implementation of training programs to address employee skill gaps and enhance overall performance. Ensured alignment with organizational goals and drove company-wide talent growth.
