Transforming a brand into everyday behaviours
Life Europe wanted to use parts of their kick-off to create company wide engagement with their new brand, as well as strengthen their company culture across multiple countries. We designed an approach that empowered Life leaders to host interactive sessions transforming their new brand and strategy into everyday behaviors.
Hosting a kick-off strategically
When Life Europe celebrated their 25th birthday with a kick-off they saw it as an opportunity to strengthen their company culture across multiple countries and to allow all 300 participants to explore strategic topics related to their new brand. We helped them by designing interactive and result-oriented workshop sessions based on dialogic approaches. The sessions ran in parallel country groups and were led by country and regional managers, with support from us.

The sessions led to a strengthened commitment to strategic topics and actionable takeaways these strategic could be translated into everyday behaviors, on group as well as individual level. The period following the kick-off demonstrated a clear improvement in KPIs related to the focus areas for the workshop sessions.
