Better Business, a Swedish leading mystery shopper firm, set out to explore new ways of measuring customer experience with the help of their clients. We helped them to design and host a customer experience lab that had the purpose of developing completely new ways to measure customer experience.

Five Swedish top brands were invited to participate in the lab which used scientific insights on customer experience as a backdrop and utilized methods for idea generation and co-creation. The lab resulted in three new customer experience metrics. These were tested by the use of 700 mystery shoppers and the results were then analyzed by the lab-participants.
